Shipping policy

Most are shipped the same or the next business day but all orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.  

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

The cut off time for placed orders to begin processing is 3PM MST.  If you need to change your order please reach out to us ASAP at periodsixdesigns@gmail.com so we can try to accommodate you.

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. 

Delivery time are dependent upon the shipping service selected.  Period Six is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Period Six is not responsible for any packages lost in transit for addresses that are input incorrectly.  We do not edit addresses so your package will be shipped to the address that is typed in. In the event that you input your address incorrectly and your order is returned back to us, there will be a charge to resend it with the corrected address.  

If you received free shipping with your order, and your order is returned to Period Six for any reason (this includes you did not pick up your package in a sufficient amount of time or you requested a return to sender upon attempted delivery), you will be eligible for a refund minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Period Six.
